If you are not 100% satisfied you may return or exchange your unused products purchased on leatt.com for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.
The returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed. All goods must be returned in original packaging.
Follow these easy steps to Return and Exchange an Item:

- Should you want an Exchange, please email [email protected] to request Return Authorization Number before returning any items and place you order at the same.
- Write Return Authorization Number on outside of each package and send pre-paid freight to: LEATT USA Attn: Returns – Return Authorization Number 9555 N Virginia St, Suite 105 Reno, NV 89506
- Remember to ask your courier to provide insurance and tracking as LEATT cannot be held liable for lost in-bound packages.
Please remember the following:
- RETURNS WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION OR FAILURE TO MARK CARTONS WITH RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER MAY RESULT IN SHIPMENT REFUSAL.
- You can expect a full refund to your credit card 7 to 14 days of our receiving your return. It may take up to 30 days to be visible on your credit card statement.
- For an exchange, the replacement item will be shipped out to you after the returned item has been received and inspected.
LEATT’S ONLINE STORE WARRANTY POLICY:
LEATT products are warranted to be free of defects in materials or manufacturing for 1 year from the date of purchase stated on the consumer’s receipt.
LEATT products may break under certain conditions of use. Damage caused by accidents falls, abuse or misuse is not covered by this limited warranty. Where possible, damage not covered under LEATT’s warranty will be repaired for a nominal rate and return shipping.
Follow the following quick steps to request a warranty or repair:

- All products must be washed/clean before being mailed back to us.
- Please include a complete description stating the problem, photos of the issue and the original purchase receipt along with your contact details.

- Remember to ask your courier to provide insurance and tracking as LEATT cannot be held liable for lost in-bound packages.
- Once we receive your product, we will evaluate your product. We will notify you if you qualify for a warranty or repair.
- Thereafter, we return the warranty product or your repaired product by/with Standard Ground Shipping.
SHIPPING STANDARD SHIPPING
Current Shipping Promotion: Free Ground Shipping on Orders Over $100 within the contiguous United States
Free Ground Shipping is not available for Alaska and Hawaii.
We cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses.
For customer protection, all orders Subtotalling more than $350, or orders containing neck braces, knee braces, or helmets, will be sent “Signature Required” upon delivery.
Please be sure your shipping address is able to accommodate “Signature Required” deliveries.
Due to the speed of our order fulfillment, changes or cancellations to your order cannot be made once the order has been placed.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
The Customer pays all upgraded shipping fees within the contiguous United States.
All Orders typically ship within 48 hours once the order has been placed. Orders ship Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once the order has shipped.
Upgraded shipping not available for Alaska and Hawaii.
Do you ship to my country?
We currently ship online orders only to the United States. If you are interested in purchasing Leatt products outside of the US, please visit one of our global distributors here or visit your local dealer.
We cannot ship orders to a freight forwarding company.
PAYMENTS OPTIONS
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal.
We are unable to process Visa or MasterCard Prepaid Gift Cards.
TIMING OF BILLING
Your credit card will only be charged once your order has shipped.
Out of Stock Items:
If an item ordered becomes out of stock, you will receive an email detailing the item in question, the item will be cancelled from your order and refunded if applicable.
